We want you to try WarmHire without risk. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms in plain language.

14-day money-back on the trial

The ₹499 trialis covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If WarmHire isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full — no interrogation, no hoops.

Monthly plans

• Reach and Concierge plans are billed monthly, in advance.
• You can cancel any time; you’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• We don’t offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email billing@warmhire.in from the address on your account. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of the service or the guarantee. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable law.
